Journey To the North....(Part 1)

been in hibernation mode for a while...lost appetite to blog really but I'll try to let this blog alive insyaAllah...

Last 2 weeks ago I went for a road trip to the northern region of peninsula Malaysia with my cousin...she did all the driving and I was the one enjoying the views hahahahaha...well no complaint there so I believe she was enjoying herself also ;)

I haven't heard about Perlis being the most picturesque state in Malaysia...great sceneries. Now I know why that smallest state is called "Indera Kayangan"....breathtaking skies with different shades of clouds...layers of gradient hills and mountains...miles n miles of sugar cane plantation...paddy fields...straight line highways and curvy road with great perspective of roadside trees...WOW!!...Proud to be Malaysian :)

Here's some photos from my 'ill' digicam...the pix didn't do justice to the real images but I really want to share this with you (whoever you are still interested to browse this dying blog...especially you Ogy...thanks for your support).

Sepang A1 GP - Race Day

Oopss I did it again....dunno why it is so difficult for me to update this blog *sigh*

Went to watched A1 GP at Sepang Circuit last sunday with my cousin. She got free entrance passes from Jobstreet and of all the people she picked me to accompany her!!! heheheeheh...thanks sis!

This is my first GP so I was beyond excited even a week before the event. I tried to buy a nice yellow t-shirt just to support malaysia team but nothing seems to fit me :( but luckily I found a yellow shirt in my wardrobe...jadik la...janji kuning. Although my cousin didn't wear yellow + black outfit...honestly she had the best interest in Malaysia team than most of us who came wearing those colours coz she kept it in her heart ;) Check out her blog here.

Arrived@Sepang at around 10:30am. First we walked through stalls selling food to get my breakfast...my stomach was growling but the food sold there were pathetic to the max! I can't even 't describe it here...I don't mind paying more on food if it worth the money but goodness...imagine buying a single keropok lekor or goreng pisang for 60 cent and overcooked extra thin cold fries for RM5.

Anyway...forget about the food...overall we really had wonderful time spending the whole day there (minus 2 hours of our time spent at KLIA after the morning sprint race). I can't believe that listening to the sound of roaring engines vroooooooooommmmmmmmm zrooommmmmmmmm is so &#$%^& great! It actually brought a kind of peace in me. The feeling of being able to seat/stand at Sepang GP grandstand was awsome...The atmosphere was great with cheering supportive crowds and yeah the weather so nice too.

Although Malaysia team didn't make it to the podium I'm still proud of them. We just had a bad day last Sunday but I know Fairuz Fauzy and the team will make it up to us Malaysians and do us proud in the coming GP at Taupo, New Zealand in January. I can see the future of A1 is very promising to our young Malaysian.

Here's some pictures taken during the day:

Manchester United's Stats N Facts

This is my first entry on Manchester United this season so I just put the latest updates in this post. Not much to say about United as they are in better forms now that we're in November compared to their early start of season's matches. Rooney, Ronaldo and Berba seems to be getting along well and it shows in previous games tho Rooney needs to stay calm and cool at times.

So here's Man United's results and ranks at the moment...

Dunno what to put as title!

First thing I must do to keep this blog alive is to create a new template...then I need to start cooking again so I can snap few photos and upload on to this blog. Then I have to keep track of EPL's Man United matches so I can review or at least comment on each game.

I CAN DO IT!!! I WILL DO IT!!!

Hello again....

Ghee....been abandoning this blog for a while now. Not that I don't have stuffs to write about but I just lost interest in writing especially that now I am officially PC-less. My PC at home just left me for good..she's gone kaput for almost a month now and I gave up on her...I just let her go..and may she rest in peace. Thank goodness I got my own pc in the office or I will definately going bonkers...

I'm still working in the same office for the last 5 months....hehehehe...Yeay!!! Considering my history of jumping jobs...I'm proud of myself for staying this long.

Well...some updates on football. EPL is just around the corner. Man United will face Newcastle on Sunday. I can't wait. Watched the replay of Community Shield match against Portsmouth. We need striker so badly. We cannot let Tevez ran all around the field by himself.

Seems like Cristiano Ronaldo is to stay in the team. 2 days ago paper said Ferguson is interested in buying Thierry Henry but yesterday its Dimitar Berbatov that Ferguson is after (tho he's been wanting him since last season)...just wait and see.

OK thats all la...til later.

Cleaning the room but ended up messing it more..

I'm in my messy bedroom with stuffs scatter all around...on the floor...on my bed...under the table...everywhere. This is one freaking kapal karam area. I thought I saw a mouse or a rat just now (or my vision is doing a trick on me). I've been sleeping on the couch coz my bed is currently not a bed...i turn it into a temporary storage platform. It takes me a week to reshuffle and clean this room and I ain't finish yet. There's too many things in this room and so out of space! I'm a junkie!! Nothing to do with drug...I've problem to throw stuffs away. I'm a pack rat tho not an obsessive hoarder. I hate the idea where I regret tossing some things that I might wanna use again.

I've counted 14 boxes & containers in different sizes packed with :
1. My files, folders & notebooks I kept since primary school (buku darjah 1 pun ada lagi)
2. Man United's collectable items & memorabilia
3. Stuffs I bought (from car boot sales: glassware, china, soft toys, souveniers)
4. Stuffs I collected (brochures, pamplets, forms, booklets, wrappers, paperbags, plastic bags)
5. My old clothes which I can no longer wear and can't be fitted in the wardrobes and new clothes I knew wont fit me but I bought anyway hoping to lose some weight and wear it later.
6. Computer stuffs...cables, old speaker, few modems, adapters and cd-roms.
7. Broken radios, alams & clocks...photo frames, frameless photos, old calendars, used candles, pens, pencils, crayons...all the small thingy.
8. Misc stuffs I don't know how to describe...just put under X-file boxes...

There you go...I'm living in a store room...

I'm Back Again!!!

It has been almost a month since I last updated this blog. Met a friend yesterday who lectured/ more of "laser"ing me for putting up a blog but don't bother to make updates (you know who you are ;)...ehhehe). Well my reason is simple. I've lot to write about...but too damn lazy to actually knocking on the keyboard....lazzy buzzy me...what can I say.

Another reason being that EPL had wrapped up for the season...EURO is dull coz England did not qualify and most teams I supported had left before I could review them! I hate Pak Lah the sucker too much that writing about him in here is like menodai kesucian this blog. The never ending story on fuck lahab and his stupid ideas, price increases issues, inflation, lousy politics, corruptions...yada yada yada...waste of my valuable brain resources.

But there are few events that caught my interest to scrap on this post that happen last saturday - I went to my first Indian Wedding - 21/6/2008

It was the wedding of my cousin's colleague and i was invited to accompanying her to the reception (thanks sis!!). The ceremony took place fro 6:30pm to 8:30pm. We arrived around 7:45pm. They were serving vegetarian dinner. I'd say the food is delicious tho too spicy for my appetite. The ritual ceremony was a bit confusing to me...coz I don't really know the flow. I can see that there are few similarities with our malay wedding (mind that we did inheritted hinduism culture from our anchestors) like the pelamin set up, handing on token of appreciation for attendance (bunga telur-cenderahati).

After the reception my cousin and I went cruising the night in town with the "wedding syndrome" - meaning that the mind failed to register the meal we ate at the wedding leaving us still feeling hungry and craving for something like "the best mi goreng in town"...or burger king at MRR2...or "the sloppiest ramly burger"...get it?

We went searching for mee goreng that my cousin is craving crazily since last week at Jalan Ampang. Her friend recommended this place...we searched and searched that led us to a dead end road...crossed no-entry route and ended up in a dodgy area....still no sign of a stall nor a living soul. Aiyo...dissapointed to the pinky toe...Sooooooo finally we gave in and headed to my tempat lepak at Taman Kobena for mee goreng mamak with hugeee potion. Not the kind of mee we had in mind but boleh laaa...lepas gian...kang kempunan.

But hey! do you know a good place for mee goreng here at Klang Valley? Do let me know ok! We might be going for the next night cruise crawling for MEE GORENG BASAH TAPI TAK BANJIR...hehehehe

Wait for my next post coz I want to story pasal electricity and Pak Lah's electric face...
